On Monday, 23rd February 2015 the companies Innosys International B.V and CSN Groep B.V. signed an agreement which finalizes the takeover of Innosys International B.V by CSN Groep B.V.

As from the 1 st of June 2015 InnoSys will be legally known as CSN Groep B.V..
All current cases will be performed by CSN Groep B.V. and all the communications will be sent from CSN Groep B.V.
